I recently sent a boot off to you to have the zip repaired. After spending quite a while finding a suitable box to send it in(!) I finally found one and sent it away Wednesday of last week. I was amazed to find the boot returned to me by Saturday, so I just want to express my gratitude at your speed of service and the quality of the work. I won't hesitate to buy boots from Equitector again, and I will recommend the company to anyone.
