The Climate Control system is not thermal. Thermal lined boots that have Thinsulate insulation or simular can cause the feet to overheat and make them sweaty.  Equitector Climate control is a foil based system that does not have such problems.

All boots have protective steel toe caps. These are safe on soft and firm ground.
