Whilst most goods are available for immediate delivery, when out of stock your order will be automatically placed on back order and you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Exchange policy
If upon arrival you find that your boots are an incorrect fit, these can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To make arrangements please contact us our sales office by email or telephone on 0208 0904029.
We can only accept boots back that are unworn and in new condition.
Custom made boots cannot be exchanged.

Return and refunds
You will need to decide within 14 days of arrival of the goods if you will keep the goods. If goods are not suitable you can return them for refund and if they been returned for that reason, provided they have been accepted, a refund will be made within 30 days of arrival of goods.
Worn footwear cannot be accepted for return. Postage charges are not refundable. For sales outside the UK, local taxes and import duties are not refundable.
A small charge will be deducted for cost incurred by the credit card company.
You have to ensure that the goods arrive to us in good condition. We only make refunds for goods that have been received.
Special promotions
Goods purchased with special promotions can also be exchanged or returned for refund and the same conditions apply to regular purchases. You will be only refunded what you have paid for the boots . Where boots have been supplied with free postage, this free postage concession applies only if the boots are retained. If the boots are returned for refund, the cost of postage becomes payable.
Custom made boots.
Your boots are made to the information you provided and therefore these cannot be exchanged nor returned for refund.
The measurements provided are the basis on which we construct your boot and our designers will use all their skills to produce a boot for you that meets your requirements.
Please note that a boot cannot be made to your exact leg measurements, otherwise you would not fit in it. In particular in the ankle area some extra space is needed for you to walk comfortably and be able to drop your heel when riding.
Bargain section
Boots purchased from the Bargain section on the website are seconds or end of lines.
These are not returnable and cannot be exchanged. They are guaranteed for quality in same way as regular goods.
Faulty goods
Our boots are of the highest quality but in case there is a manufacturing fault then these can be returned for examination. Please use thereturn form
If the boots are faulty and they can be repaired, as a first instant this will be done, otherwise they will be replaced.
The boots are guaranteed for six months, provided they have been properly cared for.
Boots that have not been properly cared for and faults due to wear and tear will not be considered.
Transport
For deliveries within the UK goods will be dispatched by carrier or Royal Mail and one should expect delivery within 2 to 3 days from date of dispatch.
A next day delivery is available at a small extra cost.
For those outside the UK, dependant on the size of the parcel, we ship by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. The transit time is 5 to 10 days dependant on the destination.
If import duties or local taxes are levied by local Customs, this is the responsibily of the buyer.
Arrival of goods
Your parcel will have been dispatched in good condition. If it arrives damaged, we suggest when you sign for it that you marked it Damaged. If goods are damaged in transit, please inform us forthwith.

We accept most credit and debit cards for purchases through this website. We do not accept American Express and Diners Club card. For those who wish to pay by other means such as cheques or bank transfers, please contact us by email or the sales office on 0208 0904029
